Enrolment Parade:
The Anchor Section take part in ONE Parade and Church Service annually.
This year, our Parade along with out sister organisation, The Girl's Brigade, will take place on SUNDAY 4th OCTOBER to CLARK MEMORIAL CHURCH. All boys are asked to attend. Full details nearer the time.

Collecting Your Children:
Parents are asked to come into the hallway of the Dunn Memorial Hall to collect your boys. They will not be allowed out without an adult. The front door is locked after all boys are in and will be opened by a member of staff at 6p.m.

Parking:
This is always an issue. When parking to pick up boys or even dropping them off, please take extra care and park in the grounds of Clark Memorial Church if the car spaces outside are taken. Please do not park along the narrow road in front of the hall entrance as you will cause an obstruction which could lead to an accident.
PLEASE BE SENSIBLE.

Fire Drills will take place at certain times during the session.

My main aim in the Anchor Section is for the boys to have FUN and join in with boys from all schools from Fairlie, through Largs to Skelmorlie.

Any bullying will not be tolerated, but will be dealt with.

The boys will follow a simple achievement scheme according to their age and ability as set out by Boys' Brigade. A certificate is given for this at the end of the session.

P3 Boys are awarded their first badge and armband at the end of the session as they are promoted to the Junior Section.

All members of Staff are fully trained and have been through Disclosure Scotland and Child Protection Courses.

If you have any concerns regarding any matters, please speak to  me directly of phone me at home at any time 673869.
